Do they have any Somalian places there? I know the Twin Cities has a big Somalian-American community. That’s a cuisine I’d be interested in trying out. We have a bit of Ethiopian places in D.C. TBH Ethiopian really didn’t do it for me. Just not my cup of tea.
Yes, the Twin Cities is a center for Somali refugees, and as it happens, there is a Somali restaurant that delivers to my work address, which I brought home for myself and Mrs. Fish one time. It is pretty good. As far as ethnic food goes, it is as flavorful as any other. It’s actually a lot like Asian curries, but with a different flavor palate.
