It’s all about selling guns.

It’s got nothing to do with safety.

Mass shooting. NRA: MORE GUNS
Domestic violence: NRA: MORE GUNS
Terrorism: NRA: MORE GUNS

That’s their stock answer. More guns. It’s their only answer when the rest of the world has realized that fewer guns means lower crime, lower firearms death rates, etc.

We even see that with strong gun control states having lower per capita firearm death rates than lax gun states.
