My daughter gets some of that. She came from Korea at 13 months. I know it makes her feel like she sticks out. People want to know why she doesn’t have an accent. If I came up to some random European looking person, said you look like you are from Germany, why don’t you have an accent I wonder if they would get a clue?

Well my daughter was born from me, so she is mostly Ashkenazi with some Sephardi and a drop of Eskimo.
