States: 2:25 (7:35 left on the clock), all 50
Capitals: 2:59 (7:01 left on the clock), all 50

A good way to remember the states, the capitals, and their locations, is by practicing with the technique at the 50 States of Mind website. It’s fun and cool.

Ah, you studied. I hadn’t given the slightest thought to state capitals since elementary school. “Rusty” hardly begins to describe my level of knowledge on the subject.
