We are in fact in a depression and no one is using that word. If Bush was still in it would be 24/7 front page. A depression is where real GDP drops by 10% or more. Just in the last two quarters we have lost over 12%, and this goes back to late 2007 according to the experts. It will get worse before it gets better.
