Perhaps someone could tell me why ANYONE would talk to, negotiate, or send “feelers” to a regime that finds this kind of thing acceptable.

I’m generally a pretty even-tempered fellow, but this makes my blood boil.

“Peace at all costs” is a dangerous idea which has killed millions, but thats what we’re dealing with.
