One can hope. If it’s a new well, then the hydrofracturing might have only opened up so big of a pocket that they can safely go back and seal the thing up. But if there’s more gas seeping to the surface, there’s plenty of heat around to reignite it.

The entire rig is gone though…just one chunk of pipe left twisted on the ground…it’s like nothing was ever there. Must have been a hell of an explosion.
