Very true. When the Florida Special Prosecutor finishes her investigation into Trayvon Martin’s death, her report should contain an entire section dealing with nothing but the Sanford PD’s many failings in this case. Following which the SPD should be placed under the direct oversight of federal DoJ, and subject to a complete reorganization and retraining.
