Not so sure it’s as bad as implied. Not sure as I’m just getting started looking into this-But it may be intended as legal cover for a teacher or staffer who fights a mass killer with lethal force, perhaps a gun. It does not mean a teacher can execute a student for breaking a pencil.

What new rights or protections does it add that the teachers didn’t have? If they’re acting lawfully, of course the teachers - or anyone else - shouldn’t be prosecuted. It is already so. So what is this law about?
