Y’know, technically Chuck is committing perjury in this part of his affidavit:

Actual perjury. Not just technically. There’s numerous documented cases of him making assertions as fact, only to be proven wrong. Michael Brown case comes to mind. Ebola “coverage” as well. Come to think of it, it’s pretty much anything he’s ever posted online that skirts the line from lie to smear.

Yet he kept repeating the same nonsensical ravings as fact.

No retractions.

No corrections.

Nothing.

So yeah, that’s perjury. Lying under oath to a court of law.

It’s there for the taking.
