It does not surprise me that they are claiming they haven’t received it. It also doesn’t surprise me that they are saying they haven’t received it when it has been put up on the White House’s website as pending, with a link to the House of Representative’s website showing that it has been passed and presented to the president.

I’m honestly wondering what happens if Trump tries to say it was never presented to him? That’s obviously (yet) a(nother) constitutional crisis and basis for impeachment. I just wonder if it’ll be the proverbial straw that breaks the camel’s back?

If there’s any truth to this anecdote from Robert Reich, then there’s already an air of inevitability about President Pence by 2018.
