I read about this, that we are all descended from one of 5,000 mothers. We and cheetahs are a genetic mess because of it.

In an unrelated topic, I really, really want a cigarette right now but have quit.

I read something a little while ago that what helped some quit was to go through the motions even without the cigarette.
