A state that had an excellent implementation of the ACA but threw it out by electing Matt Bevin as governor. This is what the residents apparently wanted and unless the citizens wake up, they deserve this.

Bevin is extremely unpopular, so we will see if Kentucky is still willing to vote for a Democrat for Governor next year.
