I seriously have no idea how the fuck these people read Scripture and derive from it what they do.

As if the New Testament were a series of sentence-long epigrams from Free Market Jesus.

I love how they say that the whole book must be taken literally, except the part about it being easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter heaven. THEN they start hemming and hawing about mountain passes and allegory.
