Sadly, back when the whole Tea Party deal first started up, I actually was interested in seeing where it went. Figured that perhaps, just perhaps, it might turn into a common ground where those from all political groups who were fed up with government waste and inefficiency could come together and join forces.

Now? It’s become an arm of the Libertarian Party in all but name, commandeered by the right-wing fringe who have perverted what was righteous anger and desire for movement forward into hatred, bigotry, racism, and so forth. Times I think they might as well just stop playing around, put on the white robes, and make it easier for others to understand just what they truly believe.
