Do you realize what would happen to the insurance industry if the law was one page long and just said that and only that?

If convicted drunk drivers can buy auto insurance, I am sure we could fix the pre-existing conditions problems without fucking everything else up. If being a drunk is not a pre-existing condition with regard in auto insurance, I don’t know what is. No offense to anyone here.
