I agree 100%. It’s more of a triple-word score. Our tax-payer dollars hard at work.
They could have put chains on the plough, or even towed the Explorer out a little first.
I’ve lived in the city all my life, and this neighborhood for more than a dozen years. In that span, this has been the first time that the streets were unploughed two days later.

I grew up in Brooklyn in the 50-60’s, I never saw this kind of trouble before, and I’ve seen more snow than that in the streets.
