Good for them, but you’ll notice that what Politifact doesn’t do is go on to dissect the incredibly specious basis for Romney’s claim. Only a complete asshole would rate the overall effectiveness of smaller class sizes by a single district’s inability to completely prevent every last student from testing in the bottom 10%.

This is how Republicans operate though. They use a technically true but meaningless finding as the basis for making inferences that the finding in no way supports. They can get away with this because their supporters are by and large either incredibly stupid, irredeemably mendacious, or both.
