In my opinion, a person who enjoys and defends NRO is a wingnut.

I realize that, but that’s a tough problem to solve, given that a large expansion of the federal workforce that handles such matters is a solution I am ideologically unwilling to consider.

A person who does not want to do right by people in desperate circumstances out of ideology is a wingnut.
