It’s really tricky to set a real price, when the R&D has to be cooked in. Odd to think that every bang we heard at Ft. Knox could be a college semester going downrange.

Deb, what years were you at Fort Knox? I had a brother that was there in ‘66, ‘67 or so. I remember going down there from Ohio to visit in mid ‘66.

By the way…seeing the video of Tsar Bomba in Steve’s #104 made me go to Wiki to do some basic reading on that test. Damn! I don’t think I ever heard the details of how large a bomb that really was. That test had to send some messages around the world and I would think even the Soviets would have had to wonder where all of it was headed.
