OT:
My lab has horrid skin (i think she is allergic to life) and gets shots that help her cope, but we can’t get her next one until Wed (vet out of town) and the heat is just making her itch like crazy.
Is there a “home remedy” anyone uses?
Maybe rub her down with baking soda?
I thought about slathering oatmeal water on her belly but I figure she and the other dogs would just lick that off.

Can you put calamine lotion on a dog?

Baking soda would probably work.
