In some parts of deepest darkest Brooklyn some folks still roast suckling pigs in the front yard and sell them by the pound self serve… alas I don’t eat meat but it sure smells good.
There is nothing, nothing, as good as a suckling pig done over the coals. The process, the tradition, the fricking succulent taste.
I grew up in Florida with some sweet neighbors. Ahhh memories. It probably will never happen again.
