How was I born?

I was born by my mother laying on her back, spreading her legs, baring her swollen goodies, grimacing in pain and vociferously vowing to kill my father at the soonest opportunity. She then bore down massively and squirted me out against the wall where I slid down and ended up on my pointy little head.
