Well, how many cops do people think are still very racist or even members of far RW orgs?

As long as racism remains a real societal problem and police depts continue to hire those types, we’ll always have the next Michael Brown.

I’m thinking that ex-military, while it shouldn’t be a minus or a disqualifier, shouldn’t be as big of a plus on your resume when pursuing a law enforcement career as it seems to be, unless you worked in the JAG office or something.
