Another cycling pic for whoever it was who said, months ago, that she missed them. Top of Arastradero between Alpine and Page Mill, just before what should have been a nice high speed run to Page Mill, but somebody was trying to cross the road on a recalcitrant horse, and I had to slow WAY down and lost the momentum.

BTW, you can see some poor bugger coming up the steep side.

This week, I took a different bike when, after 2 miles, my saddle seemed to be pushing on my nethers in a strange and uncomfortable way - turns out the saddle clamp on the seatpost was COMPLETELY loose. I guess American Classic seatposts need more attention than the none I’d been giving.

In that lower pic, looks like you’re going off into the weeds while processing the numerical feedback from your gadgets.

I rode across the whole frickin continent (or at least two thirds of it) without any digital device on my handlebar.
