I have no problems with the taking of nude pics. I do have some amount of … not sure what the word to use is here … annoyance, maybe? People who take nude pictures should keep them off-grid. No system is secure and putting pictures on anything that connects to the Internet is asking for trouble. That being said, it is absolutely 100% the hackers’ fault for the hack and the publication, and blaming the victim is absolutely stupid; they did nothing wrong whatsoever. Slut-shaming is just plain not right.

Taking the picture means that the possibility of it getting out there exists. For anyone. Full stop. Print? Someone could make copies in the darkroom. On a non-connected hard drive? It could be stolen. The only difference here is ease of access.

If it were a guy who had taken pictures of his dong and had them processed at the local print store, which made extra copies and scanned and uploaded them to the Internet, I guarantee the dudebros would be all outraged “personal privacy” on this.
