I hated sweet potatoes too, mostly because of all the added brown sugar and tiny marshmallows. But I love them now just as they are without all that crap added.
I’m the same way about cranberries. That canned cranberry sauce was totally icky, but homemade cranberry sauce is the best thing.

It’s funny how certain foods grow on you. I’ve come to like spicy food quite a bit as I’ve gotten older.
