Yeah this is stumping the hell out of me. He’s very much said that free college tuition for all is what he wants. And now he’s not? Genuinely stumped here.

He was pretty clear at the town hall. He is still saying free tuition for public universities and colleges. So basically he is saying if you want to go to UMASS Amherst, tuition is covered, if you want to go to Harvard, good luck you’re on your own. I don’t think that is inconsistent with anything he has said.
