Someone is irony-challenged.

Laugh. I’m fine with irony but for the impact to be made I have to understand both sides of the comparison and I don’t get how this video (or pravda) is ironic when comparing one to the other. I’m sure it makes sense, I’m just ignorant and looking for information.
