The next time you come down here to town, go to Prince’s; the wait is worth it (but, unless you like to eat [and poo] lava, I wouldn’t go hotter than their mild, unless you’re just a glutton for punishment).

Do you take me for some foolish johnny come lately carpetbagger who isn’t acquainted with Princes? I’m hurt, hurt and sad, hurt and sad and maybe even overwhelmed with angst.

I love Princes. Their “Medium” is all I can handle, and the “Mild” is just fine with me most of the time. This isn’t quite that good, but very well done, pan fried, crispy and juicy, and left the white bread with a nice orange coating on it.
