and that’s just the first floor.
There’s a second floor that is a bit smaller and set back from the front. What roof there is for the first floor will be under about three feet of dirt to be a garden. Second floor will be earth banked with some of its roof also under turf.

For a class, we had to design a building using Native American motifs. Did a library based on a Mogollon pit house, with a single spiraling bookstack coiling through it.
