The truly bizarre thing is that the red states are the ones that would benefit most from Obamacare, since they have lower percentages of insureds, have more people who would qualify for the insurance via Obamacare or Medicaid expansion, and the GOP has actively fought against this for years.

But not only is the GOP fighting to prevent the Medicaid expansion, but they’ve voted to repeal the coverage for millions more who have gotten their insurance via Obamacare. That’s what yesterday’s repealer would do if it managed to survive a Presidential veto (if it were ever to get that far).
