Sprained my knee in basketball today. Didn’t even realize it until a few hours after I got home. I was too busy working on the terrible cramp in my leg that ended my day of playing. Got hit in the knee playing post, but was able to walk it off and thought nothing of it. Crazy how these injuries sneak up on you.
