If I leave for a month to rehab I expect this condo to be stripped out to the bare walls by the time I get back, I really do. My condo will still be under lease for another four months beyond that, it raises serious questions of where I am going to live afterwards. I am anxious as hell and hoping I don’t get stabbed in the back too deeply, but I also expect that I will be. :(

Pay some buddies to strip it for you, into storage. Good Luck.
