An American citizen who makes really crazy shit up about the President of the US in order to push the right wing party of Israel and their goals.

Better?

That’s much better, especially since it acknowledges Israel isn’t a monolithic unit, and a lot of what is being pushed by that person is not what a lot of the citizens of Israel would want.
