Evening Lizardim. So when tomorrow dawns with a Republican Senate, what do you think will be the first bill the House tries to ram through? Any takers? Anyone? Beuller?

The real fun won’t start until the 114th Congress opens. That’s when the Republican majority will be sworn in and seated. First, I’d look for some interesting changes in the Senate Rules aimed at minimizing the Democrats’ ability to filibuster legislation. The Rs won’t go as far as the nuclear option, they will make it far more difficult to filibuster.
