No, his caucus will instead insist upon blaming the DNC for the “crisis,” declaring that if they’d just worked together with the GOP in 2017 as they were asked, then there would be an alternative in place by now. But they refused because they wanted to deny Trump a “victory” and so are responsible for the “crisis” that now exists due to the DOJ refusing to defend the ACA.
