It is surreal. I can not use small apertures in my work as distortion caused by the blades blurs the image. But a pinhole can have the better edge. In my 40D F8 is the sweet spot for macro. I get a mere .42 inches depth of crisp, that’s it. Telephoto compresses the image. No foreground.
