I saw another position the other day which they were advertising as an entry level position, low pay, where the requirements were asking for a security certification that takes at least 5 years of experience to qualify for, and 10 years of experience with a system which has only been out for 2.

The current lament of the Job Creators:

“I can’t hire people with degrees and 10 years of industry experience for $10/hour and no bennies! The American education system just isn’t producing the right kind of workers!”
