re: #135 Whack-A-Mole

I really worried that, at this point, Bernie’s hubris isn’t going to let him lay the campaign down at any point. I think he’s so bought into the myth that he’s the Progressive Savior for/of the People and leader of a revolution that he’s going to take the campaign and run it all the way as a third party candidate.

I think he’s been so blinded by the attention and adoration that he’s completely lost sight of the immediate, severe, and horribly painful consequences a GOP win would have on millions of these people he’s supposedly fighting for.

Then again, at this point, his thinking might just be: If the don’t vote for me, then fuck ‘em, they get what they deserve.

That may be why he’s gotten worse when he should be growing more conciliatory.
