Those are tangential questions, IMO. “High crimes and misdemeanors” ultimately means whatever Congress wants it to mean.

So that brings me back to my original question: What do we *do* about this? Everyone here knows that if any Democrat initiates impeachment hearings against their god-emperor, that it will ignite a political fuckfest that may very well end in armed rebellion by right-wing militias. I’m trying not to engage in too much hyperbole, but can anyone say this isn’t a plausible scenario?
