OT, but a somewhat bizarre experience related to LGF. Two or three days ago, several zards were discussing their communications, or more often lack of communication, with their exes. This led me, for the first time I can remember, to google my ex-wife, with whom I hadn’t exchanged a word since our divorce became final more than twenty-five years ago. One of the first results was her obituary, from a couple of years back. Neither her family members nor my friends in our old town had told me.

It was, and is, a very strange feeling. We were both prideful, maybe too much so, but even if you never expect to speak with a former lover again, when the final gun sounds, you still wish that the game could go on a little longer.
