Except a tweet doesn’t do it: in the other pardons “by tweet”, there was a formal declaration that came out. This was obviously not written by Trump. Depending on who has to actually do this, they may kinda not get around to it by Jan 20. Plus, participating in this would be an extension of seditious conspiracy, it looks like to me.

If these assholes do get pardoned, it will of course just make them feel even more invincible, and they will keep criming after Jan 20 and more people could easily get killed.
