Maybe we’re splitting hairs over degrees of insanity. Wouldn’t a “rational assassin” have killed only the congresswoman? By random, I mean those people were at the wrong place in the wrong time. This guy started shooting and couldn’t stop. My gut tells me he is a nutcase.
