Is Austin that much of a moonbat DI type place?

I’m a UT alumna. Hook ‘em Horns. Yes, Austin particularly, has it’s fair share of moonbats. They do not refer to Texas as The Republic of Texas.
The Republicans in that area are separated into moderates and conservatives. On a gradient scale of 1 to 5, the moderates, being a 2, and the conservatives being a 4.
Then you have the staunch conserves who are 5+.
A truly great city for music!
