Reminds me of our best ‘mini’ vacation ever. Took a 9 day road trip from Philly through Nebraska into Wyoming (got as far a DuBois, Wy before we headed back). Originally wanted to rent a mini-van for the trip; after checking rental rates I bought a used Ford Windstar w/114K just to make the trip (cost was not much more). Windstar still running 205K just had it inspected. Talk about not owing me a dime.
Our three kids still talk about that non-stop drive.
