Same thing. Charles #35 suggests what would be the politically expedient thing to do. He has chosen the more cautious, less self serving path. Kudos to Obama.

Well, good people can agree or disagree with him about this, but he is not just splitting some political/military advice. He is following the strategy that was laid out 18 months ago.
