That’s kind of like how my current daily driver is. It’s a little sport hatch (well, the sedan version of a sport hatch), basically equivalent to a VW Jetta. I drive the big Lincoln to take a break from the intensity of driving that little thing.

Mazda 3 by any chance?

I love that class of car. I love hatchbacks too. I’m stuck on VWs. No diesels though. I can get some 8’ lumber into that hatch and get it home like a little wagon.
