Sure, Ron Paul is the sponsor of the bill. You forgot to mention that there are also 249 co-sponsors and includes a great deal of Democrats. If HA is being a “shill” then the 249 co-sponsors are also “shilling” for this act: H.R. 1207 Federal Reserve Transparency Act of 2009.

The video in question is also regarding parliamentary procedures and congressional hackery on the part of the Democratic leadership. It pays particular focus on Rule 16 and barely touches on HR 1207.

With 249 co-sponsors however one has to wonder what the motivation is behind the opposition to this bill.
