Yes. I finally got so angry that called Ludwig “Dan the Illogical Scientist” (after a minor Dilbert character). I’m not proud to have done so, but the atmosphere got so toxic that pretty much every who was involved threw at least one insult. And no, my dog doesn’t know enough about our Founding Fathers. He thinks Common Sense is a book by Glenn Beck. And like Sharmuta, he thinks the Declaration of Independence can safely be ignored when weighing the original intent of the Constitution.

I keep whacking him on the nose with a rolled up Declaration, but he only snarls at me.
